Honeymoon Gift Registry

We will be honeymooning in Spain following our wedding.  The plan is to relax in Barcelona for a few days, make our way up to San Sebastian via The Pyrenees, and end with a few days in La Rioja. We greatly appreciate your contribution to these lifelong memories.

Make sure you use your mailing address when you checkout so we know who you are!

A Camera to Capture It All
Erika and I tip or respective hats to The Parents Payne for this sweet piece of technology!  Thanks, guys!
We could list a bunch of geeky specifications, but nobody wants to read that.  Suffice it to say this is one sweet camera and it'll preserve our memories in all their vibrant glory.

Culinary Hotel in Southern France: $100
Cheers to Roma for the first half of our stay here! Note: There's still another half available.
We're dropping in to the Basque Region of France for a night at "Culinary Hotel" L'Auberge Basque, where the hosts put as much emphasis on how well you eat as on how well you sleep.

A Night in a Segovian Monastery
Thank you so very much, Lauren!  We'll emerge as priests or monks or something!
King Henry IV originally built San Antonio el Real in 1455 as a pleasure palace, but quickly donated it to the church.  All of that is well and good, but it's now a gorgeous hotel that's located in remarkable countryside.

Dinner at Cinc Sentits
We're so looking forward to this, Barry and Phyllis!  Thank you!
Awarded a Michelin star in 2008 and named one of the 80 hottest new restaurants in the world, Cinc Sentits offers contemporary catalan tasting menus with specially chosen wine pairings.

Dinner in a 15th Century Basque Farmhouse
A huge thank you to the Turveys for this dinner!
Set in the Basque countryside, Boroa Jatetxea resides in a 600-year-old farmhouse and received a Michelin Star for its spectacular, locally-sourced cuisine.

Dinner at Winery in La Rioja
Three cheers to Amie and Jake! Can't wait for this.
The La Rioja region is known worldwide for the remarkable wines it produces.  We envision enjoying a glass of this wine while enjoying a meal at a Michelin-rated restaurant.

Tapas Crawl in San Sebastian
Thank you, Gena and Michael!!
San Sebastian is Spain's culinary capital, and the key to really enjoying what the city has to offer is to visit half a dozen restaurants for tapas over the course of a few hours.  It's like an a la carte multi-course meal!

Massage for Two in Barcelona
Many thanks to Alicia and Michael!
Barcelona is the first stop on our trip.  What better way to relax than with a massage?

Hotel Gran La Florida in Barcelona
Heather!  Thank you so much!!
Perched high above the clamor of Barcelona, Hotel Gran La Florida will be our first honeymoon destination.  We're looking forward to the beautiful views, beautiful pool, and beautiful cocktails!

Hotel Marqués de Riscal
Paula and Norman - thank you so much for our stay here.  So excited!!
Yes, that's really what the hotel looks like.  This Frank Geary-designed hotel is as striking inside as it is outside and sits among La Rioja's beautiful vineyards.
